Urgent Care of Ada

Community care with style

Congratulations to our friends at Urgent Care of Ada who decided it was time to update the design and functionality of their website. Their existing site looked and felt out of date, and it failed to represent Urgent Care's commitment to its community. Additionally, owner Shari Powell recognized the need for a mobile-responsive website, since 80% of web traffic in 2019 originated from mobile devices like smartphones. Red Door stepped up to the plate and gave this care provider's website some much-needed TLC!

Desktop Site

Previous Website

The design of your website speaks volumes about your values as a business, and Urgent Care of Ada recognized the need to communicate who they really are to the community. The previous website looked and felt like it was from a different time, and failed to instill trust in site visitors or position Urgent Care as the vibrant community servants who they are.

Our Solution

We focused on cleaning up the messaging elements of the site to communicate directly to target audiences while designing a clean, focused layout that is intuitive to use and boosts Urgent Care of Ada's critical first-impression.

Mobile Site

Previous Website

The importance of a clean, easy to navigate mobile site cannot be overstated. Urgent Care of Ada knew that most of the people that need their services will tend to find their website from a web search on a mobile device. They also knew that mobile visitors were greeted with a tiny desktop layout each time they visited, leaving visitors frustrated.

New Website

The new site looks great on all devices and is intuitive to use. At the first impression, visitors are greeted with a clean layout that instills trust and compliments Urgent Care's vision for their community. The most important thing, operating hours, are clearly visible above the fold.

Our Process

1) Initial Consultation

We'll meet in person or over the phone to talk about your business. Among discussion topics will be where you've been, where you're headed, and the challenges your business faces right now.

2) Proposal Given

We'll come up with the right plan to get to most out of your brand online. A proposal will be submitted along with a proposed timeline, and you'll have an opportunity to ask any questions you may have.

3) Time to Build

Once the proposal is accepted, we'll get right to work on your project. We'll likely ask some more questions, and we'll keep you informed of progress and timing as the build continues. Our website products usually take 3-5 weeks to build and launch.

4) Tweaks & Launch

Now you're given an opportunity to preview every aspect of your new website and have the chance to make changes as needed. Once you're satisfied, we launch your new site within 24 to 48 hours.
